Sellers final price reduction! Step into a rare piece of St. Joseph history! An all-brick historic mansion set on a sprawling 1-acre lot in the heart of the city. Built by Reinhold Willman in the 1880s during St. Joseph’s era of rapid growth, this stately home reflects the craftsmanship and architectural detail typical of the period, when solid brick construction, grand proportions, and enduring materials were reserved for the city’s most prominent residences. Two new HVAC systems installed in 2025. Offering 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the home is mid-renovation, presenting a unique opportunity for a buyer to complete the vision and restore this property to its former grandeur; or reimagine it with modern finishes while preserving its historic character. The seller is including all remaining renovation materials, along with light fixtures, furniture, and related items, making this a true turnkey project for an investor, preservationist, or homeowner with vision. The expansive 1 acre lot provides room rarely found with historic properties, allowing space for gardens, entertaining areas, or future enhancements. With its commanding brick exterior, generous scale, and deep historical roots, this property offers a compelling blend of heritage, space, and potential. This is not a finished home - it is an opportunity. Properties of this size, construction quality, and historical significance are increasingly difficult to find. Bring your plans, your creativity, and finish what was started on one of St. Joseph’s classic historic residences.
